Returns & Store Credit Policy

Due to the nature of our products and strict hygiene considerations, all sales are governed by the following return guidelines.

Return Eligibility

Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.

To qualify for consideration, items must:

  • Remain in original, unopened, and undisturbed packaging

  • Be unused, unworn, and uninstalled

  • Not be removed from original bundle or wig packaging

  • Show no evidence of washing, styling, brushing, finger-combing, or manipulation

  • Not be exposed to heat, chemicals, coloring, or bleaching

  • Remain unaltered and free of tampering

Any item that fails inspection will be denied and returned to the customer.

Return Request Process

Customers must contact our support team via email within 24 hours of receiving their order.

Clear photographic documentation of the item in its original condition and packaging is required for review.

If approved, return authorization details and instructions will be provided.

All return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

Thee Luxurious Hair Collection is not responsible for return shipments lost or delayed while in transit.

Store Credit Policy

All approved returns are eligible for store credit only.

Refunds to the original method of payment are not offered.

Store credit will be issued within 5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected at our facility.

Exchanges

To initiate an exchange, the original item must first be returned and approved for store credit.

Once store credit is issued, customers may place a new order at their convenience.

Product Care & Damage Disclaimer

Thee Luxurious Hair Collection is not responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Improper installation or maintenance

  • Excessive chemical processing, coloring, or bleaching

  • Errors or negligence by hairstylists or third parties

Professional installation and hair services are strongly recommended.
